• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

• Provide safe and legal access to the RV at the scheduled time
• Remove personal items from areas where work will be performed
• Disclose known issues (water leaks, electrical modifications, previous repairs, etc.)
• Ensure batteries, propane, and necessary hookups are available when testing is needed
Rig Rite is not responsible for delays due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, or inability to test components.
6. Payments, Deposits & Fees
6.1 Payment Terms
• Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing.
• If payment cannot be collected at the time of service, the customer will have ten (10) calendar days from the invoice date to submit payment in full.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, card, ACH, or approved digital payment methods.
• The ten (10) calendar-day period is a payment deadline and does not constitute an extension of credit beyond that period.
6.2 Deposits
• For estimates greater than $1,000, a non-refundable 35% deposit is required to schedule work.
• Deposits are applied toward the final invoice.
• Work will not be scheduled until the required deposit is received.
• The deposit secures your appointment and is applied directly toward the total cost of your service and parts.
• The deposit allows us to schedule your repair, reserve technician time, and pre-order any required materials for your job.
• Deposits are non-refundable once parts have been ordered or the job has been scheduled, but they remain fully credited toward the final invoice total.
• If the final job cost is lower than expected, the remaining deposit balance will be credited or refunded accordingly.
6.3 Diagnostic & Service Fees
• Diagnostic fees apply to troubleshooting and are non-refundable, regardless of repair approval.
• Mobile service may include a trip charge depending on location.
6.4 Past-Due Accounts & Collections
Any balance remaining unpaid after ten (10) calendar days from the invoice date will be considered past due.
Rig Rite reserves the right to suspend or decline any additional services, appointments, repairs, or scheduling for customers with past-due balances. Outstanding balances must be paid in full before additional services may be provided, unless otherwise approved by Rig Rite in writing.
Accounts that remain unpaid after the payment deadline may be subject to collection efforts. Rig Rite may refer an unpaid account to a collection agency, attorney, or other third party for collection as early as fifteen (15) calendar days from the original invoice date, without providing an additional payment extension.
If an account is referred for collection, the customer may be responsible for reasonable collection costs, attorney fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred in collecting the unpaid balance, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling
• Cancellations made within 36 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit (if applicable) plus 50% of the first hour’s labor and service charge.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit (if applicable) plus 100% of the first hour’s labor and service charge.
• Rescheduling will be accommodated when possible and is subject to availability.
